About Us

PO “Office of Social Solutions” is a team of like-minded individuals who have been helping people in difficult life circumstances since 2022.


We support the elderly, people with disabilities, internally displaced persons, large families, and others in need of assistance. We strive to ensure that every resident of Odesa has access to the necessary support and can exercise their rights.

Mission:

“To provide comprehensive and barrier-free assistance to those who need it, ensuring a dignified life and protecting the rights of Odesa residents.”

Goal:

“To create equal opportunities for access to social and other types of support for Odesa residents, regardless of age, gender, social status, or life circumstances.”

We in numbers
Since August 2022, we have:

    Provided more than 13,588 social support services.
  • 20000+
    Provided over 20,000 individual consultations.
  • 3 113
    Conducted 3,113 legal consultations.
  • 13140
    Facilitated the receipt of food packages and basic necessity kits for 13,140 citizens.
  • 10
    Organized and held 10 educational seminars in the city of Odesa.
  • 1289
    Provided support for 1,289 citizens regarding financial assistance under the City Social Program.
What We Do
  • Social Support
    We assist with the processing of documents for financial assistance under the City Social Program for:

    • treatment,
    • reimbursement of medical expenses,
    • repayment of debts for consumed utilities.
    With our support in 2024, more than 536 people received financial assistance from city departments.

    You can receive comprehensive consultations as well as FULL SUPPORT at every step.
  • Humanitarian Aid
    We facilitate the provision of food assistance and essential items.

    With our support in 2024, 5,440 people received the necessary humanitarian assistance.
  • Legal Support
    Free consultations for those in difficult life circumstances, help with paperwork, and protection of your rights.

    Since 2022, more than 3,113 citizens have used free legal support from PO “Office of Social Solutions.”
  • Educational Initiatives
    We conduct seminars and distribute information about the rights and opportunities for various groups of citizens.

    Since 2022, we have implemented 10 seminars in the Prymorskyi district of Odesa and distributed 2,000 informational materials.

Projects
Over the course of two years, we have tirelessly provided vital legal and social assistance, fostered civic engagement, and ensured access to essential services for thousands of people.
Project “Care”
Assisting the elderly in realizing their rights to social support.

Thanks to this project, we provided consultation support and assistance in filing applications to more than (in 2024, 450 pensioners + 16 IDPs) elderly people.
Project “Education for All”
Holding educational events to expand the rights and opportunities of citizens. More than 300 residents of Odesa have already participated in our educational events during 2022–2024.
Project “Right to Protection”
Ensuring access to legal aid for vulnerable populations. Hundreds of families have already received comprehensive legal consultations and free legal support.
Project “Help is Nearby”
Providing humanitarian aid to those who need it most. We facilitate the receipt of food assistance, essential items, and more.
